Retreat Terms & Conditions
By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
1. Registration & Deposit
Your €500 deposit secures your place at the retreat. As we keep our groups intentionally small and intimate, this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it covers preparation and reservation costs. Your spot is officially confirmed once the deposit payment has been received
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due four weeks before the retreat begins. Payment can be made via bank transfer. If you prefer to pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival, please notify us in advance. Once your full payment has been received, you will receive final logistical details and preparation information.

3. Cancellation Policy
Please note that we are a small, dedicated team and put a lot of love and preparation into each retreat. By registering, you commit to holding your space with us. If you need to cancel your participation:
- More than 8 weeks before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of any balance already paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Between 8 and 4 weeks before the retreat: No refund will be issued. Any outstanding balance remains due.
- Less than 4 weeks before the retreat: No refund will be issued. Full payment is required.
If you are unwell immediately before the retreat, please do not attend. We are unable to offer refunds for illness-related cancellations and strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations for personal reasons.
In the rare case that the retreat must be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,travel restrictions, force majeure), your payment will be fully credited toward a future retreat.
4. Participation & Responsibility
You acknowledge that you participate in all activities and sessions at your own responsibility and risk. This retreat includes somatic and emotional work that may bring up intense feelings or memories.
The retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are currently in acute crisis, undergoing psychiatric treatment, or taking medications that may interact with the practices offered in the retreat, please consult with your healthcare provider before registering.
Please inform the facilitators of any physical or mental health conditions, medications, or relevant sensitivities in your guest intake form. We reserve the right to decline participation if we determine the retreat is not appropriate for your current needs or safety.
By participating, you release the facilitators and venue from any liability related to your participation.
5. Guest Intake Form
After your registration, you will receive an intake form to complete at least six weeks before the retreat. This helps us understand your background, needs, and any important health or emotional considerations.
6. Liability Waiver
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, you will be required to sign a separate Liability Waiver before participating in the retreat called the Declaration of Sacred Agreement . This waiver addresses specific risks related to the practices included in the program. You will complete this on your Guest Intake Form.
7. Sacred Container & Confidentiality
This retreat is held as a sacred container built on trust, respect, and confidentiality. We ask all participants to:
- Honour the confidentiality of what is shared in circle
- Respect boundaries and consent at all times
- Approach the work with sincerity and presence
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who disrupts the container or violates these principles, without refund.
